Shipping is free if you exceed €50. All orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase except where product customization or production scale takes longer. A confirmation email and a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes:

- 5 to 20 business days for the EU, Rest of Europe and the US.

Do you do international shipments?
Yes, the international shipping fee is around €8 to €15, you can calculate it at checkout by entering your country and zip code. International shipping is free if you exceed €50.
We are responsible for sending your order within a maximum period of 5 working days from when we receive it (this period can be extended for large orders that require production, if you are in a hurry, consult before buying). But keep in mind that in times of greater demand such as Christmas, Black Friday and Sales, shipments may be affected through no fault of their own Oops how cute. How can I track my package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. What happens if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the package sent again. In the event that you do not want us to resend the package and because it is a personalized item, we will not be able to refund your order, except for those products that are not, previously discounting the initial shipping cost.
In the event that your package is returned to us, we will not issue refunds for the cost of international shipping.

You can return the products that you have received defective or incorrect.
